Lightbulb The Art of Slow Left Arm Bowling

Hi guys, in need a bit of investigative help please!

I'm trying to better myself this season, and I would like to know if anyone has seen a definitive coaching guide / book/ website detailing how to bowl left arm spin. It doesn't matter how old it is, I'm more interested in the details. The more graphic the better, including different deliveries, pictures of the correct grip, field placings etc.

If anyone could help, I'd be really grateful.

Cheers,
TTFC

A toughie TTFC ! I borrowed a book from a mate of mine, which detailed all forms of cricket coaching ie Illingworth doing off spin and I think Bendi doing the left arm spin. There was about 4 pages (again off memory) of pics of different grips etc etc, how to flight it. Now the name of the book..........cant remember ! It was green - slightly bigger than A4 and very glossy ! I'll have a look through amazon...........
