| CricSim is just for fun. No skill is involved and no participation by members is required except to vote in MoM polls. The top posters on our board have been rewarded by having their name included in the various national sides to play alongside real Test and ODI players. w3lshrugby created the team compositions in the simulation software and simulates each game. The commentary and scorecard details are available for viewing after the match simulation is done. Unfortunately, the first season fixtures are already finalised but you may get an opportunity to have your name selected for a team in the second season provided you are one of our top posters. This season, the top 44 posters who are still active were included in the teams. The teams consist of 50% WAT members and 50% real players. We are looking for people to write some match reports to add another dimension of realism if anyone's interested. If you are a budding writer then this would be good practice as well as good fun for yourself as well as the readers. You can reference the match commentary and scorecard to see what happened in play. If anybody else is interested in starting a cricsim you need to download the software and create the teams. The team composition is your choice. I suggest you include WAT members in your teams if you want to interest members in your matches. The whole point of CricSim is to add a bit of fun to the board.

| I voted for Zainub as (Wo)Man of the Match. Her century and substantial partnership with Ponting really helped setup the win. On top of that, the superb run-out in the first innings of the match was a dleightful piece of fieldwork.
