Rules and Laws
1.1: Spirit of the game: All captains, players and random viewers of the World A-League must oblige to the spirit of the game.
Grudges must be kept within this board. Mild-Medium abuse is tolerated however it must stay directed at the player and not personal.

Continual swearing will more than likely be edited by World A-Team Moderators

Above all, all participants whether you’re new to the game or a second timer remember the Golden Rule in World A-Team posting: Never take anything personally or too seriously. Nothing in here is directed at the person but the player and their team. If you feel as if you are getting attacked personally PM the Me to investigate the claim. If it’s found to be indeed personal claims will be forwarded to the admins.

1.2: Captains conduct: Captains are considered the main part of the club. Captains must are to be respected and looked upon.
They must set a good example for the rest of the compeitition.


– Game Day

2.1: Selecting teams: Each captain has to select a team and post it in the appropriate match thread before the time specified.

2.2- Minimum One Wicket Keeper


2.3: Late submission of teams in Round 1: Late submission of a team in Round 1 will result in the club responsible being docked a point on the premiership table and the selection of the team will be up to the Me

2.4: Late submission of teams after Round 1: Late submission of a team after Round 1 will result in the club responsible being docked a point on the premiership table and the team being unchanged from that of the previous round.


2.5: Late submission of teams during finals: Late submission of a team during finals will result in the club responsible having a team selected based on that of their previous match.


2.6: Late submission of a pitch condition: Late submission of a pitch type will result in the home team being docked a point on the premiership table and the pitch type being selected in the game as “Random”.

– Squad Management

3.1: Squad sizes: The minimum amount of players required to make a club is 12 players. The maximum amount of players permitted in a squad is 14. However I will worry about this rule, and make sure all teams are good.


3.2: Player complaints within a club: If any player has a complaint about a club or has a desire to overthrow a captain then it’s best advised that player find another club because the captain is basically the club president and has the final say on all matters related within that club


3.3: Suspensions: Players may be suspended by either Me, or any admins of the League for a big indiscretion in which they aren’t allowed to be selected to play for the duration of the suspension. Violation of this law will result in a 4-point deduction from the premiership table. Club captains will be notified about suspended players


3.4: World A-League enforced suspensions: Users on World A-League that have been suspended on World A-League will also be suspended in the CricSim League for the duration of the suspension. Club captains will be notified on suspended players. Users on World A-League that have been banned from returning to World A-League will also be booted from the CricSim League and automatically delisted and all records of the player in the game will be erased. Club captains will be notified of all banned members from their side.
