My man Johnson, who does for me, says it's doctors orders (something to do with roughage) - but he's given me three with some prunes.

Quite. I don't think its sensible to have much faith on "Little Brother" Dippenaar or de Bruijn.....

I've played with Zander de Bruijn, and I can assure you he is very ordinary - only averaged about 15 for Kampong 3rds last season. (I assume it is the same de Bruijn. Diddn't realise he was a Saffer though!)
