Two in two. Pollock gets a bad decision (according to cricinfo), caught behind off the pad.

Pollocks decision was poor but Jones seems to have bowled really well in this match, he's certainly bowling with tons more accuracy than i've ever seen from him. I hope i'm not cursing him with this!!!

From what I've watched and heard it really is a good job as Harmison has bowled as badly as he possibly could have done. Thankfully Jones has stepped in and done well.

Can anyone give any suggestions as to why this is?
The Talksport commentators that I like are
Atherton - you can tell he knows exactly what is going on from a captains viewpoint &
Robin Jackman, who is half SA and half Brit - so he brings a controlled pro SA bias.

I keep reading in the press that GBH is a 'rhythm' bowler and needs plenty of overs in order to ogrove his action. Sounds like male cow poo to me. He has just bowled badly. With his character and history Im not sure where he will find his confidence. Thank goodness he can bat a bit!

I hope he can stay fit for the entire tour and show us how good he really is. Then we would have an attack to be feared!

RWS... Typical negativity from an England fan.. Yeah he ain't bolwed well. But he is only 5 wicket off taking more wickets tahn any English man in one calendar year. This is not the type of pitch that he bowls well on... and he is a little rusty.

Good players don't become poor players over-night, this is just one match after a two-month lay off. His pace has been down and his accuracy missing. Give him a pitch with a bit of zip and things will be different

Luckily we have an attcak that is well balanced. A nice slow and low pitch that Jones can make the most of. This is one of the great features of this attack we have a bowler for everytype of conditions.

Me ? Negative about England? I just call it as I see it and I've seen a lot of GBH in this match and he has been pants. You know I love the guy and I am backing him to get it together - but the next test is in Durban (a very English part of SA) and the track there is not especially quick - we'll have to wait until Cape Town for a hard surface.

Nice stat - 5 to go and counting - a thread in it's own right for this landmark surles - Countdown!
