OF, you get used to it quick, its friendly, its good, you can talk about cricket, its cool.

I am loyal I liked the BBC even I can see how it is going, last night was the last straw for me,another bloke coming accross cheerfull fellow wont say his name he might not like it.
I dont use icons as a rule but this one sums it up.

Seen a couple who belong back at the BBC.

Even though I'm not a mod or the mythical admin, I'll gladly welcome you OC. Yes I saw a bit of the racist hoo haa over there and it didnt look pretty. Beeb cant do much to be honest or they'll be called racist, and that cant happen to the bbc mnagement.

Well we will just have to agree to disagree then .The Uni. Games are part of what's wrong with the English game. The County game is full of meaningless games that have no bearing on anything. The teams are full of players that wouldn't get a sniff of playing in Australian State cricket. Players get easy runs & wicket against these players. Which isn't anyway to prepare for test cricket. We need fewer games in the year. They play to much weak cricket which only helps produce bad techniques.

Hello Occ I hope I can call you that . I started that the thread about Racist posts . Wasn't looking to start a riot but they shouldn't let racist posts go when they delete other posts for the most silly reasons .

Best news in months! Perhaps they will now be able to get a grip on the MB with the new software. Pity that there's no one left to take advantage.

Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad!!

I was just a brief starter on the BBC board before I moved over to this one, so most of you probably never heard of me, but I'm enjoying this one hugely. However, I was intrigued by how many of you constantly referred back to the BBC and how much trouble it was in.

I thought I'd pop back and see what all the fuss is about and it's bonkers! There is thread after thread just discussing the state of the board, the racist rumblings, how crap / funny Don Talon is and how he should be burnt at the stake / knighted and how we are all terrible people for abandoning the board. These threads go on and on and on.

A few valiant souls have posted threads about cricket, hoping for intelligent replies. These threads are very, very short.

I love this board because it runs constant threads about cricket, selection, players etc, etc whilst also allowing for a bit of banter and trashing of what we see as an inferior board. The massive bias in favour of cricket chat should continue on here, cos that's what people come here for. I'm all for a kick in the nuts for something that's inherently bad and not serving it's purpose - but long may we all spend most of our time talking about the cricket (and biscuits).

The Cat has Snacked.

Yes I know you do, you sneaky firebrand! Word has it you've been very naughty and have caused a huge bout of written fisticuffs over racism which has blocked up the board - you are awful! There's a few that still keep there end in over there - Richard Jenkins, ernest, I think Richie Benaud's Love Child also.

They don't have much good to say about this board - apparently it's too bright, colourful and complicated!
