Yes the BBC Board has finally ground to a halt and I was trying to put a post on about how the Countys vs Uni games should be scrapped as they serve no real purpose .

Afternoon Yorky. I don't know what the Beeb is up to. Either it takes half an hour to get a message on, or it's not working at all. But I still keep trying, because I miss some old friends. Anyway, the weather up here is a bit cold and windy, which seems to be the case in the Windies as well. There is either real climate change, or they've just scheduled a series at the wrong time of year.

Anyway, nice to talk to you.

Hello Farmer, I know what you mean about missing some old friends. Where can Saqlain Giles be?

Do you know if there's any chance of a game out in the Carib today?

If you had managed to start a thread on the countys vs Uni games issue, and you actually managed to get it on,.
Then I would have spent an hour sending you a post saying I think the Uni games make good practice matches, and sometime we may find a player or two for England. With cricket things are better left as they are.

It's a nightmare over there today, RBLC. It's taken me a while to find this place, and it's going to take me a while to get used to it, but it's good to see some familiar names over here - and those of some people who talk sense as well. Too many football supporters in the Other Place lately, methinks. Not to mention a huge row going on this afternoon about racist postings. I'd like to join the civilised club if you'll have me - I'm not an idiot, I hope.
