I think anything up to 250 would be good on this pitch, and I think the scores will be between 200-250.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say England will win this game - all the right ingredients are there for them to win it - the pitch has something in it for the bowlers - its pacey, bouncey and England bat second.

Just seen Powell run out by a superb piece of fielding by Freddy - Powell thought he could take him on - pushed down the ground to Mid off, Freddy picks up and bullseyes the middle stump from about 25 yards - superb!

Yes, from mid-wicket. And he follows it up with a maiden over! He really is the complete one-day player now.

I hope you're right, Scott, but the second-string bowlers have got to contain better than previously.

As I write, Anderson has just yorked Gayle. YES! I hope this will give him more confidence.

57-3!

Anderson recovers from having a six smashed off him in the previous over by bowling a superb yorker to cartwheel Gayles middle stump! Gayle's feet just didn't move!

Great bowling by Anderson.

He follows it up with a yorker that Lara only just dug out, and then a beauty to beat Sarwan's off-stump. That's 1 run for 1 wicket off the last two overs.

The WI are hitting some boundaries now though... I wouldn't like to see them get more than 225.

"Brian Charles Lara is gone" - **@$!!! Mark Nicholas.

Why is it always "Brian Charles Lara" but just plain Sarwan?

90-4!

Read takes a stunning full stretch catch off Clarke's medium pacers, getting one to move way from Lara, which just did enough to find the edge!

Good bowling from Clarke!

Lovely bit of cricket by England - good bowling by Clarke, great catch by Read, and Lara has gone!

Well apparently the groundsman reckons a score of 320 would be a good one on this pitch! Personally I think he's been smoking too many of those 'whacky' home rolled cigarettes they love so much out there!

Anything over 250 will be good in my mind and I think WI will struggle to get to 250.
