Me too. We really should make it from here. It doesn't matter if these two take their time now - I'd rather chase 25 of 5 overs with 7 wickets in hand than 40 off 10 with 4 wickets in hand.

If not for Jones dropping that last wicket, we would only have 40 to get now. (20 runs less scored by NZ + 20 more runs scored by England last night).

Still, we should still do it. Fingers crossed!

Cool Aussie style eight ball over!!

Thnaks for that eight ball over Martin!

End of over 73 (12 runs) England 210/3 (72 more runs req)
CS Martin 14-2-46-1 (1w 5nb) - Nursery End
N Hussain 49* (153b 7x4) GP Thorpe 35* (68b 4x4)

RRR 3.27

An a 50 up for Nasser - there's plenty of life left in this old dog- and this after his super effort in the field yesterday.

If we don't make these runs now, it won't be Jones's fault. Just like you, I'm a big fan of Nasser, I wanted him to play in this match and I have the utmost respect for what he's done for England, but if we don't win this he will have to bear some of the responsibility.

Welcome back FF!
After the last hour England have put themselves in the box seat here and you'll be fine for your match!

looks healthy, jus think if fleming takes the new ball (i agreed wit tres yesterday, it slowed the coring down and got the final wickets), that could have an effect but i cant see it having too much of an effect, this replacement one though! that mite! lol

another thing, is tuffey injured? only 7 overs?
