Don't really condone that, however, I would like to know if they sent you an e-mail saying you were banned?

It is intresting that the BBC banned you for making disparging comments on the Asian board, but they won't ban Asians making similar comments on the English board. This is what I meant earlier when I said

TBH it felt good winding them up but its amazing how Sunderarm ect can get away with it on the English board.

Welcome to the dark side Jon, I remember you from the Beeb board, we had quite a few good conversations there. This board does seem in some ways over-complicated when compared to the Beeb board, but once you get used to it, its transparent.

I rarely look at the BBC board now, and even when I do, I see very little of any worth, compared to here which I think is more of a 'family' atmosphere, where everyone gets to know each other in a way thats impossible to do with all the worthless 'chatter' on the other board.

There's been some great discussions on this board, I look forward to your contributions.

Let's try and get that lad Zainub over here. He makes very sensible and interesting posts, and I was astonished that he is only 16. He also seems to be getting wound up with all the rubbish on the BBC board. His posts about Hussain were virtually the only things worth reading yesterday.

I don't make serious posts there anymore, but look in from time to time, treating it as a day out at the zoo. Did anyone see my response to one of Sundaram's provocations yesterday? A guy called Chelabi failed to spot my use of irony even when several others pointed it out to him. He has a mind that is about as quick as an Indian fast bowler. Fools were put on earth for our entertainment, so it is pointless getting wound up by them.

Hi Scott,

I remember sharing many of the same frustrations as you with several members on the bbc board, you did the wise thing earlier than me obviously.

We should get Vaughan to Run, Morris Dancer, Seb B and a few others as well. Leave that MB totally for the kids.

Clive

Zainub is over here, I've seen a few of his posts in other forums, not many in the English ones.

I don't bother with the BBC board any more, I have enough trouble spending enough time keeping up with this one, let alone wading through pages of drivel on the BBC board.

We (meaning Mike the admin) did the right thing jumping ship to here, the BBC board is the loser, they lost 'quality' posters and retained the morons, about right for the BBC methinks.

MD and Seb B have both registered here. VTR I think belongs on the BBC board, but that's just my opinion

Ahh well my patience isn't what it used to be Not that I ever had much patience mind!

People who post here are knowledgeable, intelligent and passionate about Cricket (except me of course the people who post on the BBC board are mostly kids with nothing better to do than wind people up.

The above see mquite determined not to come over which is a real shame.Seb B thinks its too time consuming, but i disagree, but it up to him. The rest seemed determined to make the beeb a better place, which i think is like holding back the tide.
