Thing is I have not seen players get out in the odd 8 overs or so very often, to me after it seemed like an England defeat, I would have rubbed South Africas nose in it.

Jones drops a catch, Gibbs TELLS umpire he is not out.

A defeat now, would be unthinkable.

But Ern matey - Vaughans gamble has already worked! Were it not for a drop by the bloody keeper SA would have lost one of thier lead bats!

Catches win matches. In the highly unlikely event of SA pulling this out of the fire, that drop will have lost one.
