I guess that Vaughan is being forced to bowl him more than he would like because Harmison is not playing well (although someone on Talksport the other day said that Harmison had bowled more overs than any other England bowler in this series, but perhaps that was before this match).

Probably right there GW, but I feel Jones has bowled well and has deffo been underbowled

Completely agree there Mike - that should be remedied if (as seems to be the case) Flintoff's bowling will be limited by his injury. If Flintoff is unable to bowl in the next test should he be selected as a specialist batsman? (I am pretty sure I can guess both Ern's and Rachael's thoughts on this!)

a 12th Oblique Muscle... should not be too serious IF he responds to treatment.

Harmison has bowled the most of all Englands bowlers !

I think so, but it would be a tad unfair on Colly as he has been selected as Freddies cover.

If he couldn't bowl, but could bat I would still have him in the team. I know it would effect the balance, but would Collingwood really add much with his bowling, if needed I would prefer to see Trescothick or Vaughan bowl more and keep Freddie in the XI

In the current tour situation I am inclined to agree with you FF, as I am not convinced by Collingwood as a test batsman and Butcher is also injured (and not in the best nick either). However, if this situation occurred at home I would think seriously about giving the big man a breather, playing another batsman (perhaps Bell or Pietersen) and making do with 4 specialist bowlers.

Of course at this rate Harmy could be the all-rounder

He could easily swap places with his captain.
