| Could someone send the message to Solanki & Strauss, to speed up a bit, we have a long batting line up to come and some of us have A Giles in our fantasy team and would like to see him contibute a few Besides it's like watching Michael Vaughan at both ends at the moment, and after a big lunch I need something to keep me awake! |

| If scoring 39 is working well then we have VERY low standards and expectations. All of our top six need to be able to do what Pietersen did on Wednesday. If you're gonna score thirty odd and then get out at least do it at real speed! |

| With 20 overs to go, England are really going to have to score at 7 an over to get a safe score, cam never tell with kallis and co, just what is a safe score.

| They often reckon that you double whatever you've scored after the first 30 overs, so we're on for 294. |

| All three batsmen out in the thirties, not a good sign. All had a start and all got out without taking advantage. One of the batsmen really does need to get a big score. Step up Solanki. |

| Solanki currently 47 runs from 70 balls and Strauss just out for 30+. Now for the Pietersen show. Boje bowled out his 10 overs before Pietersen could get after him. |

| Bet any thoughts South Africa had of bowling Smith has gone now that Pieterson is at the crease. I think others will get out of their 30s NE, Pieterson gets a 4 as I type.
