Well, as an Essex fan, I'd prefer not to comment on their thrashing by Sussex yesterday.

Middlesex vs Hampshire looked like it was a good game. A total of 400 runs scored

As a Yorkshire fan the 20/20 cup means nothing and it wasn't Hoggard it was a mirage.

And Mushtaq Ahmed took 5/11 on the same day and I presume thats the best in Twenty20 to date! Hey is Twenty20 still attracting the crowds or has the mania start to come down?

During the Surrey vs Middlesex game last night, Tim Murtagh took 6 wickets - the best in a 20:20 game so far

We (Durham) don't appear to be the greatest at Twenty20 just yet, though Astle and Muchall certainly pulled it out of the bag yesterday!

What about Ealham though?! 34 off one over from Neil Killeen - his bowling figures went from 2 overs 8 runs 1 wicket to 4 overs 41 runs 1 wicket!

Notts must be the worst side in Twenty20 history! They fail to compete every time they're on SKY and throw matches away when they're not!

Great game between Surrey and Sussex the other day, especially Azhar taking 14 off 3 balls to win the game!

Durham have finally got 2 wins together, due to the form of Astle, Benkenstein and Muchall. Too little too late though, possibly...
