Finally!

I managed to track down the correct promotion systems:

Championship: 2 up, 2 down, no play off

Forty40: 2 up, 2 down, play off between 3rd in Div 2 and 7th in Div 1.

This means you need to eliminate one of the teams from questions (ii) and (iii).

Note: If you do not change your answers I will take the first two answers you gave.

Thanks for clarifying that, I now say Middlesex will stay up in D1 for part (ii) and Leicestershire won't be promoted for part (iii).

Come on Notts, I think that entry has to be considered late as you know nobody will score a faster century than Ealham has! (...and lay off Durham!).

Not a personal thing. I just believe that they'll miss Mike Hussey greatly.

The Ealham for fastest ton was a joke ......... really! It beats last years fastest by a very long way I believe.

Technically we aren't breaking any rules of the competiton by saying Ealham for the fastest ton but if someone gets one in a 20:20 game it may be beaten anyway.
