Good job they will play Dad's Army then and leave Jaques out.

Yes I think Australia's selectors will go the same route as Fletcher, Jaques is on a roll, however it was with little help from a pom.

After all the injuries... and all the hype... and all the mental illnesses and stuff going on. Plus both KP and Bell getting centuries i think it is going to be better than last year and one hell of a tough fight!!!! May the best team win!!! Aussie i hope

This is quit daft, and it's a shame to see the lack of support our players are getting. 16 votes to two!!! Madness.

I'll say it now and directly, we will retain the Ashes. Anyone can refer met to those words later but that is my belief.

I think England is a land that does, or dare not believe in itself, people expect failure, this must at times get into the heads of players be they soccer or cricket.

It will either be very close or England will get demolished. The first two tests are huge.

I'm leaning towards an Aussie route right now.

No problem Greg. As long as you think we're going to win now the poll choice can be forgotten. :P

If I have to be WAT's England Ashes cheerleader I'm very much prepared to do so!

This is stupidly close to call. I my heart I would give the Aussies the edge, but that may just be my pessimistic attitude. One thing is much more certain, if any team rus away with the series it will be australia. If England win it will be fairly close.

As with me, I voted not sure, after we dropped Read, but thanks to the conservative attitude of the Aussie selectors I am moving towards England!!
