| I agree, Panesar looks destructive in Test Matches and we saw him yestersay for Northants taking 6 wickets. Playing Twenty-20 can be nothing but bad for him. He does not change his pace and looks quite ordinary at times. In the World cup, he looked ordinary against the best nations,, I hate to see how he is targeted in the Twenty over format. Plus, lack of fielding skill and batting skill makes Snape a far wiswer choice. Veteran of the game, useful batter and competent fielder. Another debate is England Wicket-keeper. Although Nixon is what, 36, Matt Prior hasn't left the sort of impact Nixon did in the World Cup, ok, so it has been only 2 twenty-20 matches and 3 ODI's, but I am unconvinced. For Twenty-20 World Championships, I think we should play Nixon. ODI's, I guess we could stick with Prior for the future. Then there is the bowling. in fact, making it easier, I will name the players I thin will probably get selected in the starting 11 if available: Trescothick Maddy Collingwood Pieterson Shah Broad Flintoff Shah is a maybe, but he has impressed. Generally the other 4 places would be tightly fought over if this team were to be fit for the tournment. Although Maddy has little international experience, it would be stupid to leave him out with his record. |

| They should have Tim Ambrose in there to be honest, thoroughly impressed me every time I've seen him play for Warwickshire, much better than Prior in my opinion. |
