So in the same article Vaughan has been left out of the one day squad to let Collingwood get on with it, and Strauss the same to finde form.

I see the plan is that vaughan and Strauss can pick and choose when they play, Strauss and Vaughan don't want to play at the moment - so some players are just keeping their seats warm.
just proves the ECB are the most inept body next to the ICC, does anybody agree that Vaughan and Strauss should be able to pick whan they play?, or should they be made to make their minds up?.
