What I mean FF is give the guy a decent run, you can't go on a couple of matches.

As for Bopara and Shah, their turn might come quicket than though, if the recent spate of injuries continues.

Ramp's form has been such for a couple of years now, that I doubt the selectors will be able to ignore him.

It seems that way I'm sure I've read somewhere that Moores has said he will be considered for selection.

I still think its a backward step, I couldnt see the likes of Australia or India picking someone like him. Australia even discarded the likes of Border, Waugh (both M & S) and Taylor when they were still performing and had a record better than Ramps.

It worked out for the best, if he's not bothered about playing international cricket again, but if Strauss isn't going I don't know who it would be. and please, I wish it wasn't Key. Another failure at international level.

Well i guess it would have to be Key if they wanted someone with international experience.Personally i would go for whoever has looked in decent form out of the academy squad, might as well pick a player who looks in form.

Well good on Ramps for turning down a genuinely insulting offer. Either he is England's number 3 for this tour or his international career is over. There is absolutely no middle ground in this and to effectively say we deem Ramprakash the 10th best batsmen in this country (behind Strauss and Trescothick plus the 7 selected for Sri Lanka) is beyond spineless from Graveney and co.

Sounds familiar having heard the Fletcher revelations over the Read affair.

Graveney must go.
