I've got it! Those comments about The Hitch-Hiker's Guide have finally answered a question I've been asking myself for about three years. I now know why my computer is so impossible to get on with: it's a re-cycled Eddie! With Genuine People Personality! All is now clear!

And strangely, I've got this terrible pain in all the diodes down my left side ....
