I was filling the match report out and I must have accidently hit a shortcut key, the page changed on the browser. I clicked on the "go back one page" button and finish filling it out, but as I press submit it says duplicate match report.

It's used the half finished match report. Anyway I can still fill it out properly?

I don't know how you did that Pete but it's not a good idea to submit the report twice by using the back button. Once it is submitted then finish it off by editing each individual player and submitting that way.
