Teams were announced on 4 May 2005, I think - unless there are some late changes on the way.

See this post.

Teams were announced, and I urge you to get behind this guys. I'm hoping for 20 odd entries before the start!

Teams are announced in OF's thread, and they are there on the website. Late changes, well then we'll just have to edit our teams.

There are still only seven teams. Has my plea fallen on deaf ears, or are we waiting until just before the match?

MCC squad (probable)
Stephen Fleming (capt), Chris Gayle, Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman, Jacques Kallis, Andy Flower, Kumar Sangakkara, Shaun Pollock, Anil Kumble, Muttiah Muralitharan, Shoaib Akhtar.

International XI squad
Virender Sehwag, Sanath Jayasuriya, Graeme Smith, Brian Lara (capt), Rahul Dravid, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Chris Cairns, Shane Warne, Chaminda Vaas, Mohammad Sami, Makhaya Ntini.

These are the new teams. As Pete said, VVS Laxman has replaced Tendulkar, and Sourav Ganguly (out of all people) is replacing Ramnaresh Sarwan, who has travel arrangement troubles. If you could change your teams to suit these inclusions/exclusions, please do so, as I have put Ganguly and Laxman into the game for Sarwan and Sachin.

Cheers.
