Paoli - well done for setting this up. You might want to extend the entry deadline by a couple of days. England will not announce their squad until 13 June, apparently (per Trescothick's post here). The first match in the series is on 16 June, I believe, in which case a closing date of 15 June would probably not be a bad idea. I can't see the exact closing time which is presently in place, but it seems to be some time on 13 June, which could prove too early for managers selecting England players for their teams.
