I can't log off, is there anyway I can?

This does occasionally happen. In your browser internet options you should have an option to delete your cookies. This always works for me. Next time you visit this site you should see the login script at the top-right corner of the page with "user name" in one field and a request for your password in the field below that.

I'm still having trouble logging out- Is there anyway I can do it without deleting all cookies?

A couple of suggestions, Chuck:

1. Open the Quick Links dropdown menu on the Navigation bar and click Check My Cookies. A list of world-a-team cookies will appear including bblastvisit; bblastactivity; bbuserid; bbpassword; bbsessionhash. Check all the cookies and Click Delete My Cookies. A message will appear - "You have no Cookies". Now you should be able to log out properly.

2. Failing that, do a file search on your computer for *world-a-team*.txt. Delete any instance of this. It is a txt file containing the world-a-team cookies and is usually placed in your temporary internet files folder or cookies folder or recent folder. If you open up the txt file in notepad you'll see the cookies:

Interesting one this.

On IE6, one can pick internet options from control panal, from the start menue, one can always do this from the "Tools" tag on the Tool bar at the top of the page.ALSO.
click delete cookies, click delete temp internet files, this should be enough, more than one attempt is needed sometimes, you can find such cookies as the a-tam cookies, or your bank, or such as stores visited after cleaning in teperary internet files, just go through the procedure again, and logging out should be easy.clear history while you are viiting internet options, as the logs are not needed.

I think it is a good idea to clear your cookies at least one a week,anlong with your temp internet files, and clear history.

This will also make your pc run better, you can clear this clutter on any version of IE.
