Board evolution

Just a quick questions. In the members list only 250 names are listed but the board stats say 404 members. Why the difference? By the way congratulations on 400 plus members in under a year.

Since we're into this type of a discussion, could anyone give me a link to who the highest posters are, I just need them for something. Thanks.

Happy New Year Richard and everyone. Less than two months away from our first birthday and 404 members. Actually, the number of people who have registered is greater than that but some people never activate their account to complete their registration. I try to help these people activate their account but sometimes my emails are bounced back or I just don't get a response. Eventually I delete these accounts which reduces the number of members.

The reason all the current members don't appear in the members list is that many members have not visited our site in over three months. The rule of thumb I use to remove names from the members list is "less than 10 posts and not visited in past three months". I consider these members to be 'inactive' and I remove them from the list so that mainly active members or members who have posted a few times stay on the list.

Zainub, if you go to the Members List and click "Posts" that column will be sorted in descending order.
