RBLC-Noted as a moderator..

Could I ask how these names came about, and what a "Forum Relations Director" is!!

Zainub will spread cheer and goodwill on our board.
RBLC has no title of Moderator so I'm confused by this.

Have a look at forum leaders, when I checked last night, Richie was noted there.

Oh, yes. The people in the Forum Leaders either have Mod or Super Mod permissions. Most of them have access to Mod Muses which is a hidden discussion forum where we discuss forum issues. Most mods do an initial 3 month spell of modding. Some volunteer to do extra time and others just continue on as non-active mods who still participate in forum discussions on Mod Muses. RBLC is a non-active mod. Once a member becomes a mod they don't have their mod permissions removed unless they have left the board. They just become non-active mods in regard to cautioning members for breaking forum rules. Only active mods caution members. Sometime this month I'll be reviewing our need for more active mods. If I can't get enough volunteers from the current mods to do another 3 months then I will add new mods to our mod list.

Zainub has been given super mod permissions but her role is not to caution people but to encourage our members in order to promote an atmosphere of goodwill on the board to counterbalance the negative impact of cautions. Up to now, the mods have only ever communicated with members to give cautions. We want to counterbalance that with some positive PMs as well to promote a more pleasant atmosphere on the board.
