Sorry, I always seem to be moaning, but

Ever since I first started using this site I have been getting email (spam, I assume) about cheap stock (as in shares). I first started getting these on my work mail which I used to register. Then started getting them on my home mail when I changed it to that on the site because of the notification mail problem. Is it something I have done or does everyone else have the same issue?

Well personally, i have not recieved one bit of spam using the e-mail i signed up with, or any subsequent ones used for this forum. I would bet, Phantom Ram, that you have used your e-mail for other purposes as well as this forum and that is where you are getting your spam. I have never heard of a similar complaint from another member of this forum.

Like Seamer, I have never had this problem and I've been here for more than a year now. Sorry, PR!

Makes you wonder doesn't it. I can't think where else I would have given my address out. This and BBC is about the only websites I view and it is odd that I started getting them at home as well, when I changed my address on here.

Sorry Rammy, i've been on here ages and don't get any mail like that either. Must have been something dodgy on the BBC site - they're all dodgy over there!
