Hi ,
You will see this message as you reply to a post, as a reminder not to post a members post in full, which is the same as posting the same message twice.

The reason for this is that if you use a full post as a quote, then that is the same as double posting, and this matters because it takes up server space which has to be paid for.

Please just quote that part of a post that you wish to reply to, that way your posts will look neater, and more to the point.
