RSS errors

Since the RSS files have been added to certain forums I have been experiencing errors.

When you try to load a page you receive an error looking something like this:
Quote:
Unable to open RSS Feed http://www.cricinfo.com/rss/West_Indies.rdf with error Empty reply from server, exiting
If you could please log any errors if you get them on this thread, also including the page you were on and the page you were trying to acces.

Thanks

Thanks guys for pointing me in the right direction. I think I found the problem. The feed is supposed to be cached onto our server so that it is always available when the forum page is accessed, however, due to an incorrect setting in the rss file that calls the feed from the cache it was downloading the feed from cricinfo. Not sure why it is doing this when other forum pages are downloaded. This is the setting:

// Registered user of FeedForAll and FeedForAll Mac product(s) have access
// to a caching module. This enables it's use if it is installed.
$allowCachingXMLFiles = 0;

By changing the setting to 1 the feed should now be downloaded from our server. Since it is always available there should be no errors in future.
