| Welcome to the forum, Tahsin. I hope you enjoy participating in the discussions. Thankyou for the suggestions which I welcome. Some I may be able to implement fairly soon and others I will need more time to consider. I don't know whether you are already familiar and comfortable with vBulletin software but many people find it a bit complicated with all the features. You need to spend a few weeks getting to know all the features. You have already discovered Private Messaging. Combine that with the instant messaging feature of the chat room and you have two great means of interacting with other members and discussing personal or off-topic issues. General cricket discussion can be done on the Men's or Women's cricket forum. Off-topic chats can be done in the Chat Room forum. Please read the following thread for an explanation as to why there are so many forums: Something about the structure of the site. I know some of the forums are not as active as others but this board is relatively new. The board is also not well marketed but steps are being taken to improve the visibility of the board on the internet. In the meantime, it's important for new members to get actively posting to encourage guests to join and also participate in discussions. For example, about 29 members have listed India as one of the teams they support but only two or three regularly post. No wonder the India forum is so quiet.

| Thank you so much for the warm response. My stay here has indeed been a very enjoyable and productive experience. I can now understand why you have so many forums, but I still believe the Test and ODI-forums should be secured in one major-forum. Please do consider this proposal of mine, as well as the others I have suggested. By the way, that's quite a nice avatar.

| Tahsin, I have created a new style template which includes a grey/blue page background colour instead of the green. I've also changed the postbit style to the old postbit_legacy style. If you want the colour adjusted show me the colour you want by providing a link and I'll try and match it as best I can. I've called the new style template 'Grey/blue background - Legacy postbit'. To change the style: locate the Quick Style Chooser drop-down menu at the bottom-left of the page. It is below 'Wide with green background'. If anyone is interested there is a colour simulator at Launch vBulletin CSM where you can try different colour combinations to see how a vBulletin forum might look. If I like it I'll create a style sheet for it. When you arrive at that link you will see a small applet to the right inviting you to -> Click here <- . That will launch the colour simulator. It works in a split screen. At the bottom half of the screen are the property settings which can be adjusted with different HTML/HEX colour codes. When you have finished your settings click Show me which will load the various forum elements in the top half of the page. The trick is to work out which properties relate to which part of the forum. If you need help you can PM me. I should also mention that you can access a useful colour palette applet by clicking the C button that appears once the CSM is launched. This will provide the HEX codes from your colour choices.
