That is not factually correct on two separate counts bdm, like yours posts about capacity at Bangladesh cricket stadia! You really should check your facts before making sweeping generalisations
Zimbabwe
In my recollection, Pakistan's first Test against Zimbabwe was towards the end of 1993. It was a three Test series, Pakistan won 2-0. The next series was in early 1995 in Zimbabwe, when Pakistan again won comfortably 2-1. No shame in that result for either team; Zimbabwe had some excellent cricketers in Andy Flower, Heath Streak, G Flower, Dave Houghton, Campbell, Dekker, Whitall, Henry Olonga, Bryan Strang, Stuart Carlisle - inexperienced, some of them maybe were, but definitely good crickters.

The first Test of that series was at Karachi, Pakistan won comfortably by 7 wickets, the second Test was at Peshawar which Pakistan won with ease, by nine wickets. The Multan Test was the third and last, Bangladesh came the closest they have ever come to winning a Test, but in the end were denied by a brilliant 138* from Inzamam. Pakistan won by 1 wicket. To blame the umpires is petty, it was an enthralling Test and Bangladesh fought splendidly, however they lost to the better team eventually. Simple as that, no need to look for conspiracy theories or make libellous statements about the umpires (Tiffin and De Silva) or the players! There were some decisions that went against Pakistan, eg Shabbir's crucial wicket in the 2nd innings, which the Wisden report classifies as a clear error. However, such things are part of the game, no need to get bitter about it, or dwell on them!
Bangladesh could hold their head high after their performance in that Test, so no call for negative statements or inaccurate comments!
