Well how can u say that? And anyways,Sachin's been really underused and still does pretty well, hes got quite a few wickets in his kitty. And well how many ppl actually care abt good/bad balls? They just need to see wickets falling and Sachin contributes to the cause.

I agree that he is underused, however i don't see him anymore than a partnership breaker rather than a real strike bowler.

Look,u cant expect him to be Jacques Kallis. But considering the rest of the indians in the current team he's pretty effective. And anyway, there isnt ANY1 in the team whose even a shadow of the man Kallis is.

Well yeah, but i really don't think Sachin has bowled well enough to be termed as a full allrounder just yet.

But no one in the team IS a full all rounder,i just think that in comparison with the rest of the Indians hes pretty OK.In my opinion India would be happy with an all-rounder who can take a couple of wicket and contribute with the bat consistently. And Sachin fits the bill.Even when it comes to Pathan,as an all rounder most ppl including me,expect him to score some 30 odd runs.I would be surprised if he scores a century in his career but hey,im not making any predictions.I could be wrong, and i wouldnt mind it if he proved me wrong.

I think Pathan really has what it takes to make a Test century, his 55 against a full Australian attack was really impressive. If there ever was an allrounder, I think he is the man.

Even if he does have the talent,do u think he'll have a partner who can stay that long at the other end?

Well if he ends up out there with a lower order batsman, sure.
