Unhappy

Sehway really made to be the best .Although I cannot understand why his most of the test centuries haven't been match winning. His very first test century which he scored on his test debut against South Africa wasn't a match winning one.I remember India loosing that match.Another one which I can remember was the 195 he scored at the MCC in Australia.India lost that match too.Although his record against Pakistan is simply quite superb but out of his three centuries scored India have won one, drawn one,and even LOST ONE.And that loss came in the last test match where he did score a century.I don't know why's that so but it is a FACT.

Agreed, his 155 agaisnt Austrailia proved fruitless too. Its a very odd thing cos Sehwag is certainely doing nothing wrong.

May be its because the rest of the Indian batting doesn't perform as well when Sehwag's got a big score then they would do otherwise...

I think that's the reson why whenever Sehwag scores a big century either the rest of the Indian batsmen fail or the Indian bowling.Poor Old Sehwag!!!

Yeah it would be discouraging to see your team fall apart like that.

Isnt that strange-he was touted as an ODI batsman when he arrived and now he's more famous for his exploits in the Test arena! And hey do you guys know that he's the only player to have completed his triple century with a SIX! I can never forget that moment!

It is strange Doink, many people know Sehwag as an ODI batsman, I for one doubted his ability until a year or so ago.

Destined to be the best in the world? Have a look whoelse he has challenging. Clarke, Smith, deVilliers, Sarwan, Kallis, Dravid, Ponting, Pietersen, Salman, Gayle and even Hamish Marshall, who are all in the 20-30 year old age group and could be the best within the next five years. While we might agree that Ponting, Kallis and Dravid are already greats, there is still a long way before the next step- immortality, which only five modern day players have. They being Tendulkar, Lara, Warne, Muralitharan, Gilchrist.
