India's new ODI kit......

Yep, thats right they have changed to a very dark blue, almost black! Almost like the one we had in the 1992 WC. I just hate it and hope they get rid of it soon!

It'll be interesting to see the next one-dayer between India and New Zealand. Only way to tell them apart will be that India have a leg-spinner and NZ don't!

Exactly! But for the legspinner thing, I dont think Kumble will get a shot at ODIs again. As for the new kit you can have a look here http://content-ind.cricinfo.com/indi...ry/230618.html

I reckon dark blue is better than the light they used to have. Australia has recently changed uniforms for away games with a dark green top in the ODI's

It's only a matter of time and the dark blue will be associated with the Indian team. As always, there's resistance to change but only a matter of time and it is accepted by everyone. I dont mind this change in the ODI uniform.

i just got to say that this top is not better then the older one. The older top was better but then again i say they did get signed up for 25million pounds by Nike top brand in the world for sport. I never expected india to get signed up by Nike still it is a shock to me and also i cannot believe that India got spensered also from Adidas, Reebok and Slazenger but Nike outbid them all.

I suspect Nike had something to do with the fact that the shirt is a much darker blue. Nike tend to go for the darker shirts within their designs, so I suspect it rubbed off on the India cricket shirt.
