harsha, even i want to see our team as a united one not the divided camps
especially after the induction of greg chappel it would be next to impossible for the players to go agaisnt him and forming their own camps like they did during ganguly's period

i hope our team plays better than what they did last time(i mean windies tour)
I expect both windies and australia to play good and hard cricket agaisnt us
our middle order need to be more onsistent than the previous tours and also our strike bowlers

When Dravid took captaincy, things looked so difficult for India. The Ganguly-Dravid episode was hot, Sachin was out, Ganguly was out, the team had a new captain, the coach hadnt spent enough time with the team, there were new players in the team. Not many of us expected India to do well. What happened was unexpected. Dravids team started winning and went on to make a world record of victories. Then everyone expected them to win some matches that looked easy for India. The team looked like a champion team. Then what happened? We lost badly.

Basically, in the last 6 months, the Indian team has been very unpredictable. Cricket itself is an unpredictable game and on top of that, our players have been more unpredictable than ever.

On paper, the Indian team looks solid. Sachin is in form. Sehwag is looking out of form but has been playing the odd 30 runs innings. I believe home pitches will help him regain form. I hope to see Sachin and Sehwag come out to open. The middle order looks formidable with Dravid, Yuvraj and Raina. Though Mongia scored runs in the last match, I dont want to see him in playing 11. Dhoni has been hitting some good shots and on his day he is capable of tearing apart any bowling order.....especially on Indian pitches. Harbhajan looks in good touch. The pace lineup looks ok but can be better if we bring back Balaji.

We do have a chance of winning this CT.

Pathan has been sent home from the South African series to play the remaining two Ranji games in India.

What do you think about this guys? I myself think its a right decision, he needs some games under his belt to regain that form he had last season.

I hope he finds his groove soon because im going to be very, very disspointed if he turns into another Agarkar.
