Andrew Symonds' inability to conclusively say whether Harbhajan Singh had used the word monkey or a Hindi abuse and his admission that the language did not fall under the requirements of a level 3.3 offence played a crucial part in Justice John Hansen's verdict, where he cleared Harbhajan of racial abuse.

Now Harbhajan is almost safe. But Harbhajan should keep himself from a distance from these things hope he will be overcome from this problem soon

According to the judges report things started after Symonds took offence after Harbhajan patted Brett Lee on the "bum"

Perhap's jealousy is the real culprit here.

If he patted Symo on the "bum" as well things may have been harmonious.
