That will be the India which beat Australia, the world's current number one test side, by 72 runs at Perth last month, will it? What a curious question! No, I don't agree.

Nostromo apprently seems very angry at India's dismal performance. This current eleven that played T20 today is better of playing T20 matches alone with any team other than AUS. If sachin is back for the ODIs, Ind would lose with some more decency and may win against SL.

The test team that played against AUS definitely proves IND are not just T20 team

I am very angry. India seems to be the only team in the world who can play like world beaters one day amassing runs against the best of bowling attacks, only to be followed by a hopelessly inept performance the very next day. I simply cannot understand this at all. There is no shortage of talent in any form of cricket...it just seems that the team cannot maintain the same level of commitment over a prolonged period. Odd really.

I agree with you on that. We seemed like a bunch of morons...T20 champions my a**!!! But u know what Nostromo, i think the organizers got it wrong a wee bit... T20 is not a game u play in a collosal stadium like MCG. Jeez... u need power, timing and placement to get past the boundary line at MCG. Given the nature of the pitch(surprising!!!), not to say the least the players(woefully short of practice) trying to play in the carefree maverick style which won them the worldcup. i hope some common sense prevails once the ODI's start, i'm sure people playing in australia for the first time realize that playing here is different than playing anywhere else in the world!!!!

It's a cutthroat game. If India played Australia today, India would probably win.

The game should be called 50/50 because that is the chances either team have of winning.

I have been playing a 20/20 comp this season. It's so luck-driven that it is hard to be too disappointed with losses, and it is hard to be too ecstatic when you win.

That is how people watching the game should approach it.

20/20 to me is like soccer. Great game to play, not so great to watch

ur kidding right when u say soccer is not gr8 to watch...coz that statement doesn't explain the soccer crazy fans literally fighting for tickets at the last world cup in germany. yeah but ur right T20 is a lottery...things go wrong in a matter of a few minutes. T20 is a great game to watch...games like the two india vs pak matches in T20 went down to the wire, absolute spectacle with the raining sixes and unorthodox shots. gayle's innings in the opening match...fantastic stuff!!!

The form of India keeps on swinging like a pendulum

Hello there,
Thats what i was talking about. The form of India keeps on swinging like a pendulum. If they are in great form today, they might be out for 73 next day.
