Pakistan's newly elected government has decided to interfere and overturn the ban. There seems to be a clear threat to the career of Naseem Ashraf...his career could get over within days.

Well to add to his misery pcb chief naved has sued him for 5 Crore Ruppes for abusive comments shoiab made about him.

He has been sued for a Rs.100 million by Naseem Ashraf and another 100 million by PCB. Both seem to be defamation suits. Shoaib claimed in one interview that some Indians had offered him money for fixing a match, but being patriotic, he declined. And he claimed in another interview that Ashraf has asked him a share on his IPL income and he was banned because he refused.

Does this guy know when and how to keep his mouth shut?

Yes, he could be saying the truth. But now he will have to produce proof. Ashraf and PCB will give him a tough time in the court. ICC's anti-corruption unit already wants to talk to Shoaib and it wont be late before the Indian police wants talk to him.
