| Flintoff gone for 17. Maybe if he was in at 6, his position of responsibility would have ensured that he wouldn't have gone out in such a fashion. |
| |
| Utter garbage,they have got in and given it away. I bet we are all out for less than 200 and then South Africa will score 400+. Miller is a pillock. ![]() |
| |||
| You think Miller alone selected Freddie ahead of Collingwood? (he's scored more than Colly had been contributing anyway!) The ball's still moving around. I'd fancy us to pick up a few wickets when we get bowled out. |

| No, he didn't. Of those mentioned only Jones has a better average than Pattinson and he's playing his cricket in the division below. England's performance thus far has nothing to do with the selection of Pattinson. He'll get his chance later ................... Broad's out now, that chance will come very soon! |

| |||
| So would I as long as we pitch the ball up and take what help is there. If we keep banging it in they'll be level by stumps. |

As for Pattinson,if it is doing as much as you reckon he should skittle them out.Personally i think we have just batted terribly and it isn't doing that much. It says a lot that the only time i have smiled today is when i heard the news that Dwain Chambers has lost his appeal on his ban for drugs so won't be going to the Olympics. | I think a one or two of your comments about Devillers "catch" are a bit over the top but I essentially agree basically. Devillers should of done the right thing and hope thats the last time any crickter does it. I live in hope.

| Monty gone now.In comes the mystery man. |

| Strange England innings with no balance at all. Flintoff was picked at 7 to give him licence, well for that to work - then so does the top order. My sympathy to Ambrose, Flintoff and Broad - none should have been batting until late this evening, or even tomorrow. Shows what a fluke the Lords Test was, I told John not to panic - never a truer word. Quote:
