Thumbs up Just 78 Hrs Left!!!

Here we go... its that time of the year after so much debate im dying to have the Ashes begin, there are less than 78 hrs to go now and i cant wait!! What are you guys thinking at this time? Below are some of the very interesting historical facts ive found

Brisbane
England last won at Brisbane in 1986. Australia last lost a Test at Brisbane in 1988 - almost twenty years ago.

Adelaide
England's last victory was in 1994. Australia did lose at the Oval in recent years - they lost to India in 2003. However, they have won eight of the last ten Tests played at the ground.

Perth
England last won at Perth way back in 1978. Australia were last beaten here in 1997, when Ambrose, Walsh and Bishop ripped through the Aussie batting order. Nevertheless, Aus have won seven of the last ten Tests at Perth.

MCG
England won here in 1998, but that's the last time Australia lost at this ground. They have won all of the last seven Tests here.

SCG
England actually won here in 2003, but it was a dead rubber. Australia have won ten of the last twelve Tests played here.

What am I thinking? Precisely

asjk uihiu kuhaskasnmmkl louh.

And that's not a joke. I'm literally a nervous wreck. I'm so excited. It's so nearly here. I'm drowning in a pool of my own excitedly nervous dribble.

My favorite day of the year is the first day of the first test.
This year will be even sweeter.
Wife & kids out of the house, comfy chair, cold beer & Australia making a start on regaining the urn on the T.V.
Heaven.

When I am watching two teams other than England, I invent a reason for supporting one team or the other, I as a rule (but not always) support the underdog, whoever that might be this time is interesting to choose.

Watson is out of the test.

Throws the Aussie plans for 5 bowlers up the creek.

Good news for Clark if they only play 4 bowlers as you can't risk 2 wayward bowlers in Lee and one of the youngsters when you aren't sure how fit McGrath is.

If he does not play who will bat #3.
Would they risk the Sth African?
Is Collingwood good enough?
IMO McGrath will be hoping Bell will be there.
