Exclamation The Ashes 2006/07: The Adelaide Test Thread - Day One

Match comments here please for the England v Australia second Test.

Big Test this for both sides, a draw will still leave England in with a chance, a loss and I doubt they will come back.

For Australia after their huge victory at The Gabba, a loss will turn the momentum back to England, as England will once again have hold of the Ashes.

I don't have a clue who will win - a lot depends on Flintoff's batting, and Harmison's bowling.

Lee I suppose will be Austraia's big worry, but he's in better for then Harmy.

So game on.Match comments here please for the England v Australia second Test.

Having won the toss Panesar will be missed. England need a result otherwise blame will be put on selection.

Conservative decision, I sort of understand but having won the toss I think they would change it.

I think Panesar has maybe been bowling to fast in the nets, also I bet Giles being the better bat swung it.

Surprised England left out Mahmood - and Australia MacGill, both can go for 4's, both can get wickets.

Same as in 2005, England 1-0 down are batting first in the 2nd Test.

Lets hope we justify it. Again we leave out our most likely wicket taker for an extra 15/20 runs down the list. UNBELIEVABLE. Sending the message we're running scared

Well having won the toss i hope the England players have heard the new Take That song as Patience is what they need.

Surprised Monty isn't in the side but i guesss Fletcher and Flintoff know what they are doing.
