Gilchrist and Clarke are batting very well at the moment and do not appear to be any trouble. As we know Gilchrist can and usually does score at a tremendous rate. At this stage it looks like Australia is well and truly on way to overtaking England's score of 551.....

Rush of blood form Gilchrist but credit to Giles for sticking to his guns. Warne a bit of a slow starter so cant afford to let him get in.

Yep Giles has cemented his place for the next two years .
