This is getting interesting...Especially since Hussey is taking his sweet time getting himself settled.

I watched the first 2 hours of the match before leaving for work this morning (yes, I actually got up early to watch an ASHES match...) And the body language of the English looked really positive...especially at the lunch break.

2 more wickets today...

Excellent cricket.Symonds smashed 17 off one Panesar over and Monty has him caught behind in his next over.172-5,superbly poised.

If proof was needed that Symonds isn't a test player that passage of play was it.He couldn't help himself.

Yes, he's taken as many wickets in two sessions (on a Day 1 pitch) as Giles took in two whole Tests....

Difference is that KP averages around 50 and Freddie is a brilliant bowler,Symonds is neither of those.


184-6 at tea.England should be looking at bowling them out for no more than 250.
