this is the problem with england's middle order - KP and freddie. not exactly a partnership that is going to grind out runs. i think one of them will be out with the next 15 mins.

may be better putting KP up a bit and having collingwood further down the order

I know, I'd like to see KP 4 and Colly 5. Flintoff doesn't seem to be in great form, hopefully today is the day he gets out of it. KP is class but inclined to throw it away sometimes.

Botham (unsurprisingly) doesn't think it was out. Although in fairness he says that Channel 9 don't think it was out either. Poor Strauss, that's twice in a row now.

Lee is on to bowl short stuff at Flintoff. If Freddie has any sense he'll just duck them.

Boycott and Maxwell are a great combo.

Plenty of laughs to go with the cricket.

There was no hot spot on Strauss' bat and the snicko had a little bump as the ball passed the bat but the video replay showed daylight between the bat and the ball. Strauss didn't think he was out and the crowd booed when they saw the replay. I think the umpire was pysched out by all the Aussie fielders appealing. It was Rudi who raised the finger on that occasion.

Well surprise surprise Rudi gives England a bad one.Collingwood's was a poor shot but Strauss got triggered again and it will probably be costly.England simply cannot afford to lose another wicket before lunch or Australia will have a decent lead.
