Hoggard robbed twice of Hayden's wicket for LBW.

First one looked it was just going over the top, as for the second Haydos is very lucky to still be there.

Great work by Freddy to get England back in the match, but why the hell send in a night watchman on a pitch that looks to be doing a bit. Edit: 48/2 @ Stumps day 1. Two late wickets giving England some boost after a disappointing effort with the bat, but day 1 to Australia IMHO. Last edited by Glenn : 26-12-2006 at 07:52 AM.

I have a feeling the weather is going to play a big part in this game, first 3 days are going to be much like today with showers on and off during the day, and then the final day possible thunderstorms.

| Well it was sad to watch England flop once more for 159 runs...true Flintoff tried with 2 wickets in 2 balls in the end, but one bowlers effort is not going to do anything for England, that also a bowler who cannot bowl sustained pace over a long period in the match. Im afraid its a repeat this test match of the last 3.
