I am going home now and hopefully will be able to catch the last session. I think the chances of India winning, SA winning and a draw are 0-50-50 right now. Lets see.

India are 34-1, Ntini taking the wicket of sehwag. Jaffer and dravid are at the crease....

I reach home for a dissapointmemnt. The batsmen are just leaving the field again due to bad light and Dravid is out. Dravid, once again, fell to a bad decision. That ball was far from the bat edge.

From an Indian point-of-view, its has to be a draw now. Chances of India winning, if there was any, is now almost zero.

Thats so dissapointing. This match is gone now. More than 80 overs have already been lost to bad light....thats close to a days play. Now if the weather interrupts tomorrow, it will be bad. Is this routine with this venue?

A total of 117 overs have been lost over 4 days, which is more than a single day of test cricket. But can these overs help India from losing the match.

India can survive another 50 overs. I doubt if ths many overs would be bowld considering the scattered thunderstorm prediction. Though the drainage system is good at Kinsmead, there may be interruptions in the form of rains. Also, there is the bad light too.

What Boucher said was correct in the sense if SA get to bowl 2 complete sessions, they can fancy themselves. India usually on an average played for around 70 overs/innings.Already played 13...give them another 60 / 2 sessions.SA have every reason to fancy themselves.

Isolated T-storms in first 2 hours. If this can cause few interruptions, might as well dissuade SA

Is the weather always like this at this time of year?

Basically is this bad planning or just bad luck?
