Pakistan 63-3.

Pollock's injury was one of the few things that looked interesting. It seems that wickets falling is not interesting me anymore with so many going down! Let's see if Yousuf can take it away from the South Africans.

What total should Pakistan be realistically aiming for? The Coffeeman initially suggested a lead of 200, but later revised it to 150. I think Pakistan will be quite happy to make 250 all out, for a lead of 126.

do you agree?

It depends how the pitch plays. I would of thought a lead of above 100 is very useful either way.

79-3, Yousuf and Younis still at the wicket, Inzi to come....

A lead of 100 does seem a distinct possibility right now.

Pollock got the big one. SA right back in this one.

Is it just me or am I the only one that thinks that Andre Hel should get out of the team. How many wickets has he taken in this series (excluding tail-enders). Remeber that he is taking the new ball. It seems only Ntini is capable of taking 5 or more wickets. The old man, Harris and Kallis then chip in with 1 each, sometimes they have lucky days and get 2 wickets.

Bring Langeveldt in now. Why is Hall even in the squad, He cannot bowl match winning spells and he cannot play match changing/saving innings. If Langes were playing, Pakistan would have been all out already. Stop playing Steyn (injury prone) and Morkel (still wet behind the ears), there time WILL come but now it is Langes time. He is not getting any younger.

PS: I checked today and he picked up another 4 wickets, which included both Dippenaar and Rudolph. What do you guys think

Not trying to Jinx Younis Khan but he is almost due for a big innings. I am looking for a 200+ lead as Akmal is doing a great job with Inzi to come, things look bright. Kallis can shove that attitude up his rear.

I would stick with Nel.
Langeveldt looked pretty average when he was in Australia last season.
At his speed and height he would need to keep swinging the ball to be a test player.
How about picking him as a batsman?
Looking at your first innings total he could bat at #3.

Phew. I'm glad it isn't just England who are prone to embarrasing first innings totals recently!

England only do it to australia moss lol

What a pitch this is.Everyone thought it would be a flat wicket but the bowlers are enjoying it. Pakistan need a lead of 100 runs i should think.
want pakistan to win this one so the 3rd test will be interesting.
