| West Indies - Sarwan would make the best captain with Samuels as vice captain Australia - Hussey with Clarke as vice captain South Africa - Smith will be captain for another 10 years. Boucher as vice captain. England - When Vaughan retires Cook will be the Test captain with Bell as vice captain and Collingwood the ODI captain. New Zealand: Vettori with Oram vice captain Sri Lanka: Jayawardene for another 10 years with Sangakkara as vice captain.  |

| Jayawardene 30!!!! He only looks about 15. Ok Sangakkara can have the captaincy. Can't believe Ponting is so young. He looks about 38. I can't see them picking a captain under 30 years of age. |

| Sangakkara is the same age as jayawardene. I think clarke will be 30 in four yrs at which time ponting will be 36. 36 seems like a logical time to retire... |
