As a result of this World cup cricket has reached midnight in its century. It is difficult to think of worse circumstances prior to the tournament.
It was bad enough that we were going to get poor umpire decisions that changed the game or players appealing when they knew it was not out.
So where do we go from here do we shut the mens game down for two years and watch women cricket?
Should the cricket boards become focused on domestic cricket promoting that as being the main focus of cricket?
