| Bangladesh vs India - 2nd Test, Mirpur One and a half days into the match and records are tumbling. After asking India to bat, the Bangladeshi's are probably ruing the decision. 405 for the loss of no wicket. Dravid and Tendulkar batting, after Karthik retired hurt yesterday. Interestingly, this is the first time a century partnership has been scored for the SAME wicket. Remember that. Might be your million dollar question some day! So, already there's one new record. How many still to go?  |

| Wouldn't it be three different century partnerships for the same wicket? Karthik & Jaffer, Jaffer & Dravid, Dravid & Tendulkar. The conditions for the fielders must be terrible if two batsmen can succomb to dehydration so quickly. |

| Well Dravid is now out playing a loose shot.Dinesh Karthik is back.Yes they are 3 different partnerships,not one of them.Just for knowledge,the highest partnership between 2 openers is 413 between two Indians.

| The heat (humidity) must be extremely sapping. But there's a lot of cloud around today... Well, its still an interesting record though! 3 DIFFERENT century partnerships..for the same wicket. Mohammad Sharif is bowling better today that he did yesterday. |

| They've just shown the humidity at 92%. India will probably want to bat only once in this match. Maybe declare at around 550 after tea today. |

| I also wonder if the top 4 batsmen of a team ever made centuries in the same innings. If Sachin reaches his century, India might make that record as well. He is on 93 now.
